As a licensed insurance agent, you'll help Bailey Place Insurance grow and prosper in the Central New York region by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships with customers.

We’re looking for a bright, sales-minded professional who has a passion for the insurance industry and wants to work in an energetic, positive environment.

Qualifications / Expectations

• Being a member of the Ithaca area community is preferred
• Desire to develop positive working relationships with our clients
• Explain the differences in policy specifics so clients can make informed decisions about their purchases
• Approach new clients via cold calling and direct mail to inquire about their insurance situations and future needs
• 3+ years experience in insurance sales is preferred
• NY Property Casualty Broker or Agent license required
